Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Full Time Harrow / Chelmsford Actively Hiring

We are looking for a qualified mortgage and protection adviser to join our growing team. You will manage your own client caseload, provide advice across a broad lender panel, and build long-term client relationships.

What we are looking for:

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent FCA-recognised qualification)
  • Experience as an appointed representative or employed adviser
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Self-motivated with an ability to manage your own diary

Salary & Package:

Competitive commission structure + support package. Earnings depend on experience and business volume. Full details shared at interview stage.

Full Time UK-wide / Remote Training Provided

New to financial services? This role is ideal for ambitious candidates from banking, estate agency, or customer service backgrounds who want to qualify as mortgage advisers.

What we are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic, motivated individual with strong customer-facing experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Willingness to study for CeMAP qualification (support provided)
  • A genuine interest in helping people make the right financial decisions

Salary & Package:

Base salary during training + exam fees funded + commission once qualified. Competitive structured pathway reviewed at 6 and 12 months.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools
  • Clear, professional communication — phone and written
